this was the calm before the storm. i cant believe how calm the parade actually was. granted it was in broward this year it was calm for a good few hours.....until that fight broke out and the cops got their asses beat DOWN. poor guys...ur messing with hot blooded and possibly drunk or tipsy west indians, u never stood a chance

i was so hype to see rupee! it was only me and like 2 other bajans towards the front lol. he is so goofy n handsome i love it. and he was the ONLY artist who paid respect to Arrow (R.I.P.)

and i'm sure u all know machel was there as well...nasty behind lol. Patrice looked good tho =)

Fairy Tale

those who know me know i 'm serious about the anime i watch and the manga i read. and lately i'v been captivated by "Fairy Tale". it's a good read, action is wonderful and its simply hilarious. my boy natsu (one of the main characters) is so slow at times but his will to cary on and stick things out is heart warming. reminds me of "Gurren Lagann"(another great read/watch). every week i'm anxious for another chapter =)

All Gone!

i decided to go ahead and shave it all off. not because im follwing fashion, not because im going natural (already am) but becuase of health issues. for about 5 years i've been taking a series of meds (chemo/radiation) that have affected my scalp and though my hair was growing my scalp had damaged areas. so i thought i myself ,what better way to treat my scalp than to get rid of the hair. Dude...it felt soo gooooood lol. i shaved it down to the skin and it was weird but i liked how it felt. i was just nervous about catching head colds more often, aside from that i was good to go.

heres me 2 weeks after (no dont have a tape)

excuse my expression, i actually had a really bad stomach virus =/

every time i think about this guy or watch any of his movies i forget that he's up there in age....like REALLY up there. i heard there is suposed to be a "Ghostbusters" movie coming out with the original cast making a cameo of some sort and i honestly hope its true =)
