Weight Loss

I'd to lose about 15-25 lbs over the summer (dr said im 20 lbs over weight =() So i thought I'd set up something more realistic and lose 10 lbs a month. Nothing too stressful, both long and short term goals. Within my 1st week i lost 5 lbs alone from changing my eating habits and diet (smaller portions, nuts and fruit) I may reach my goal sooner than i thought!
